June 12, 2022: An Ark 2 Game release is confirmed for 2023, thanks to the survival game showing at the Xbox Showcase after all.
Despite fake leaks and reports, Ark 2 did indeed show at the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase, confirming the eagerly-awaited Vin Diesel-starring survival game for a release in 2023. And more importantly, there will be an Ark 2 Game release too.

While it didn't receive any sort of gameplay reveal, Ark 2 did indeed show at the Xbox Showcase on June 12. As for why it would be at Microsoft's event rather than Summer Game Fest or the PC Gaming Show, it was previously confirmed as an Xbox console launch exclusive.
