How to find the Bunker 11 phones

The number you received in the previous step refers to the order in which you'll have to interact with another set of phones. For example, if the first number is five, then there's a phone in the TV Station that you'll need to interact with. It's important to note that these phones need to be activated in order.

The numbered phones are found in the following locations:

  • 0 – in a shipping container building in Military Base
  • 1 – in the bank in Downtown
  • 2 – in the cluster of buildings between TV Station and Military Base
  • 3 – in the large brick building at the north end of Quarry
  • 4 – in the police station north of Lumber Yard
  • 5 – in TV Station
  • 6 – in the air traffic control tower at Airport
  • 7 – in the main terminal of Airport
  • 8 – in Hospital in Downtown
  • 9 – in the large building at the bottom of Dam

So, if you got the code '346', then you would need to head to Quarry, then the police station north of Lumber Yard, and finally the air traffic control tower in Airport. After this, it's time to head to Bunker 11 itself.
