A GTX 650 minimum is quite high, more what you'd expect for a recommended GPU. It's especially surprising because Ground Zeroes launched on PS3 and Xbox 360 as well as their shinier big siblings, so it's not like the game wasn't originally designed with tech that's a bit long in the tooth in mind.
That was, apparently, the whole point of the Fox Engine, it's a cross-platform, cross-generation engine.
