Every now and then, you see a gaming PC build that's so out there you have to do a double-take because you can't believe there's actually a computer inside it. That's definitely the case with this outstanding Doom The Dark Ages PC, which is based on the Slayer's new weapon class, the mighty Skullcrusher.
Don't just look at the photos we're publishing here – you really need to press Play on the video of this Nvidia RTX 5080 Founders Edition.
Sponsored by Nvidia and Bethesda, and created by PC scratch-builder and modder CzugA, the machine is the result of 90 days of solid work, involving a massive 500 hours of 3D-printing time, during which he went through 14kg of filament.

It's a remarkable piece of design that's helped by a superb paint job, loads of lighting glowing through the gaps, and a hard-tube Alphacool water cooling system as well. You can see the reservoir for the latter bubbling away at an angle through the side, while the light from the RGB cooling fans shines through the gaps in front of the skull.
It's an outstanding build, and I particularly love the moving parts that bring it to life – you can almost imagine picking it up and firing out a bunch of bone shards at ing demons, although at 22kg it's a hefty beast, as you can see in the image of its creator wielding it. I heartily recommend taking a look at CzugA's Instagram page to see more of his work.
