If massive walls of text have kept you from enjoying some of the best RPGs of the last few years, fear not: Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire's dialogue is fully voice-acted.

Obsidian announced they had recorded every line of speech in the game in a tweet Friday that they had gone further with the Pillars of Eternity II's stretch goal of double the voice over, recording every last line in the game. Obsidian's crowdfunding campaign eventually pulled in more than $4.4 million on Fig, quadruple its original goal.

The cast includes some actors returning for roles they played in the first Pillars of Eternity, as well as the full cast of Geek & Sundry's D&D podcast, Critical Role.
After a one-month delay, Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire is now set to launch May 8. It's available to pre-order over on Steam.
