Ubisoft has released its latest quarterly earnings report, and with it, has told investors about the company's plans. Over the next year, Ubisoft plans to release five new triple-A games, alongside smaller titles. Only three of them have been officially announced, but we can make educated guesses about the other two PC games. (Sorry, Splinter Cell isn't one of them.)
"We have evolved our organizational structure in recent months in order to strengthen our focus on high-potential titles," CEO Yves Guillemot says in a series of delays after Ghost Recon Breakpoint failed to meet sales and player expectations, "and we are very excited about the idea of releasing five new triple-A games in 2020-21."
During a conference call, Guillemot confirms that three of the titles will be released in Q3 (between October 1 and December 31, 2020), and the other two will launch in Q4 (January 1 and March 31, 2020). Guillemot also confirms that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is not one of the five titles – so expect it no sooner than April 2021.
The Gods and Monsters release date are all officially scheduled to hit in the coming fiscal year. That s for three of the five titles. While we haven't heard much about it yet, insiders suggest that the fourth will be a new Far Cry title.

There's no uncertainty on the other unannounced game, though: it will almost certainly be the next Assassin's Creed. While the specific 'Ragnarok' rumours are extremely shaky, Assassin's Creed with vikings is by all s the next big step for the series.
