Just one day after the very first gargantuan Stalker 2 update, GSC Game World has dropped another patch with a handful of fixes. If you've been having trouble with some of the game's missions, like getting locked out of progress due to bugs and glitches, GSC has now made sure that you will find even fewer of these roadblocks. We still have a ways to go before all the major Stalker 2 bugs have been squashed, but it's clear that GSC is doing everything it can to make your time in The Zone as smooth as possible.
With GSC Game World already giving us well over 650 fixes in the first set of FPS game for good measure.
A second wave of soldiers should now correctly spawn during the On the Edge mission, while Richter shouldn't be found dead during A Minor Incident, which was causing a major problem by blocking your Stalker 2 progression. If you were getting stuck after installing the fuse during the Just Like the Good Old Days mission, that's also been fixed. Some players also couldn't finish up the All That is Left mission, or found that NPCs in Down Below were spawning in unreachable locations, with both of these problems now fixed. Lastly, Scar was sometimes missing during Visions of Truth, but now they should be findable once again.
Since launch, many Stalker 2 A-life system is still a mess, but improvements are in the works.
