What are the Dragon's Dogma 2 system requirements? Despite a ton of performance issues causing headaches for players at launch, Dragon's Dogma 2 now runs much better on PC, and the system requirements remain achievable for most players with older gaming PCs.

The Dragon's Dogma 2 minimum requirements call for processors with performance equal to or greater than the Core i5 10600 or Ryzen 5 3600. These chips will be four to five years old come the best U you can get in recent years, an upgrade may prove wise. Just make sure you have 16GB of RAM to back up your processor too.

While Dragon's Dogma 2 doesn't call for the most expensive of the Radeon RX 5500 XT will give you enough pixel-pushing power for 30 frames per second at 1080p.

Turning to the Dragon's Dogma 2 recommended specs, Capcom's U specs started only slightly higher, naming the Core i7 10700 and GeForce RTX 2080 and Radeon RX 6700.

Aiming for the Dragon's Dogma 2 ultra specs, however, is a heavy task as you'll need a Radeon 7900XT alongside a Core i9 12900KS or Ryzen 9 5950X. You can still only expect 30fps from this hardware though, as the game appears to be launching locked to the lower frame rate.

Capcom has confirmed that it is ditching Nvidia's DLSS for Dragon's Dogma 2, and this could be a decision that holds true in future releases too. To fully benefit from the inclusion of DLSS, you'll want any Nvidia GeForce RTX 40-series card, as it's the only line compatible with all versions of the AI-upscaling tech.
